I need to change my course booking, who do I contact?

We understand that sometimes work timetables change in this industry. Because of this, we are happy to adjust bookings.

Just a few things to keep in mind though:

If you can – please give us as much notice as possible as positions on courses are limited.

When a booking has been changed consecutively, a non-attendance fee of $340.00 AUD may apply in extreme circumstances as last minute changes can drastically affect candidate to instructor ratios.
