It was good ecperience in this Training center. Feels like our own itself training yard. No rush feel comfortable, easily understand. And also the Trainer makes us No pressure No fast No hard ways and too fun makes feel no pressure. Way feels like freedom so easily get on mind every tasks. Thankyou Trainer. And thakyou 5th point.

My experience during the training was very positive. The instructor was very approachable and patient. He explained the techniques clearly and made sure everyone understood before moving on. If someone was struggling, he took the time to guide them properly without making them feel pressured.
The assessor was also very professional and fair. He created a calm environment during the assessment, which really helped reduce nerves. His instructions were clear, and he focused on safety and correct procedure rather than trying to catch anyone out.
Overall, it was a supportive learning environment. Both the instructor and assessor were knowledgeable, respectful, and encouraging, which made the whole experience much better and helped build confidence.

Very good very clean training space. Equipments are tip top. They have loads of mannequins and they have a very special way of rigging up those mannequins very quickly so u can keep going and going. Multiple candidates can attack multiple rescues at a time.. so you don’t spend too much time waiting or rescuing each other. The trainer Wayne is very patient and cares to explain things well to you. He makes you understand the concepts so that you will be confident with what you are doing. He’s a very good leader.

I took the IRATA Level 1 course and I'm very satisfied with what I learned. My instructor, Lionel, is very patient and friendly. I highly recommend it; they also give you contacts to help you find work.

A very experienced and dedicated team both teaching and running the facility. Leonel our instructor is thorough and fair with teaching every aspect of Stage 1 IRATA course. The kit and work spaces are immaculate. Aswell as some onsite parking and complimentary tea and coffee, I am looking forward to coming back working with these guys again. Thank you 5th Point

Course is very clear and easy to understand when hanging on ropes, I have learnt a lot in my time at 5th point even been a refresher course it had helped me make sure I am doing my job properly and adding extra techniques and ways around the ropes. Wayne is a very good instructor and makes then easy to understand. Thanks 5th point

I had an excellent experience doing my rope access training here! Wayne and Jon create a very professional yet relaxed environment, and they’re both incredibly clear and attentive to everyone. Their guidance always feels safe and confident. Highly recommended!

Best training experience I have had, this is my 7 th level 3 reassessment, I think between Wayne and John and Joel they've got a very good team, no stress but you do work hard, they are very knowledgeable and put you through your paces,

I learned a lot the whole week. Instructors are well experienced and very patient with our learning pace. Useful tips, real life scenarios, positive ambience. Very nice and tidy environment to train. Well organized materials. Free coffee, use of microwave and massage chair. 😎 young guy Joe's helpful all the time as well

I did my Level 2 at 5th point. They are amazing. They pay attention to everybody individually and the train so well. It is hard, exhausting, but worth it. Amazing team!! Loved that!

i had Wayne and Lionel as tutors. those tutors there are amazing. you can tell they're passionate about both teaching and IRATA. they're great at building confidence and teaching in multiple ways.
by day three I felt confident and educated. Wayne as especially and patient, humorous, calm and experienced. I couldnt have asked for better tutors. highly recommend. thank you so much for teaching me.
