I’ve lost my Logbook! Can I get a new one?

Yes you can get a replacement copy of your IRATA Logbook!!

If you have lost or damaged your IRATA Logbook, ID Card or Certificate or your IRATA Logbook is full and require a replacement, these can be ordered through IRATA TechConnect.

Once completed and submitted to IRATA, an invoice for the replacement documentation will be raised based on the information provided, this will be forwarded to you via email.

Please note that proof of your identification (government issued photographic ID) will be required to proceed with your request.

All logbooks must be filled out in the correct manner, and be signed off by a Level 3, or your job site manager / supervisor.

Revalidating Level 1 IRATA technicians will be permitted to sit their IRATA training and assessment without prior presentation of their logbook, however, MUST request a replacement logbook through the IRATA training member company (TMC) at the time of training.

IRATA Level 2 and 3 technicians MUST bring your up-to-date IRATA logbook with you on the first day of training. Failure to present a correctly filled-out IRATA Logbook (IRATA Level 2 & 3 upgrades and re-validations) will result in the inability to complete the course and the full course fee will be forfeited.
